This is like a bad Saturday Night Live skit... Is this policeman going to claim that he felt threatened by this 72 year-old woman on the side of the road? The video is kind of dark, so maybe she had a hat pin in one hand and a knitting needle in the other. Using a taser on a senior citizen is kind of like using a machine gun on a gopher.
Can we say "excessive force?"
