A man wearing a woman's bathing suit was arrested and charged with menacing and public indecency in Dayton, Ohio today. Actually, he doesn't look all that indecent... most womem would love to look that good in their swimsuits... (The video report is definitely worth the wait through the video ad at the beginning...)
